What should I bring?

We provide raised beds and leashes for all dogs staying with us. All you need to bring is food for your dog and a copy of your vaccination records if this is your first stay. You are welcome to bring any toys or additional bedding, but please keep in mind the possibility that they may get lost or damaged.

How many dogs do you have at a given time?

Our modernized kennel houses 10 runs, with each run having enough comfortable space for two large dogs including their own outdoor private space. Our kennel offers forced-air heating, cooling, and monitored video surveillance. Exercise sessions are with no more than 5 dogs at a time.

My dog is not well socialized, will he be in a group?

Exercise activities are tailored to the needs of each individual dog. We make every effort group dogs of similar personalities and energy levels. In some cases, that means individual walks and playtime. The information you provide combined with a behavior assessment helps us determine the best approach for each dog.

Do you provide grooming services?

Yes, we do.  We have a certified professional groomer on site that can assist with your dogs' grooming needs. Visit our Grooming Services page for more details and package offerings.

Where do you exercise the dogs?

We have over 37 acres of property to explore and one full circuit of our trails is 2 km in length. In addition, we have a large fenced play yard.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept the following forms of payment, Cash, Cheque, Etransfer, and Debit.

Do you have a cancelation policy?

Yes, we do. Notification of cancelation must be given 48 hrs. in advance, or 1 week in advance during peak periods. Any cancellations less than the indicated grace periods will be subject to a cancellation fee.

When are your peak rate periods?

We apply peak rate pricing during the following periods:
- Family Day Weekend
- March Break Week
- Easter Long Weekend
- Victoria Day Long Weekend
- Canada Day Long Weekend
- Civic Holiday Long Weekend
- Labour Day Long Weekend
- Thanksgiving Long Weekend
- Christmas holidays & New Year’s. (Dec 24 – Jan1)
For any booking that includes any days within these peak periods, the kennel booking system will add the surge charge automatically.

What are your hours of operation and do you have specific drop-off and pick-up times?

Our hours of operation are:
Weekday: 7:30 am - 7 pm
Saturday: 8 am - 5 pm
Sunday & Holidays: 9 am - 4 pm

In order to ensure our guests get the rest they need and deserve, we ask that you respect our dedicated 
Pick-Up and Drop-Off times:
Weekdays: 7:30 am - 9 am or 5 pm - 7 pm
Saturday: 8 am - 10 am or 3 pm - 5 pm
Sundays & Holidays: 9 am - 11 am or 2 pm - 4 pm

My dog is on a special raw food diet, can you safely store his food?

Yes, our kennel kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator to store raw or perishable food. There is no additional charge for accommodating special dietary requirements.

My dog is on medication, do you charge extra for administering it during his stay?

There is no additional charge for administering medication during your dog's stay with us. We will note any detailed instructions on your dog's file.
